Due to the sheer range of products and services we offer our customers, we are only able to list a limited picture of our full range. Please do not hesitate to contact our team, who will be happy to discuss your individual needs and generate a quote for you.

If requested we can send a hard copy proof (chargeable) or PDF-proof by email (free of charge). If the proof is satisfactory to you and you provide us with an approval we will start to print.

Please Note: This is not a colour consistent proof. The print-out will not have any further processing provided (cutting, folding, binding etc.)

We offer FREE delivery to all customers on the Isle of Sheppey.

For customers throughout the rest of the UK we use a next day courier service charged at £8.00 + Vat per package.
 

Once production of your order is complete your products will immediately be dispatched by Parcelforce or similar courier.

Delivery time is usually the next working day after dispatch.

For no extra charge we provide the option of sending your order anonymously, without specifying the sender or logo, to an alternative delivery address. To take advantage of this service please request the "anonymous delivery" option when placing your order. The delivery is made with anonymous delivery note (without specifying the sender or logo etc.) and without declaring the sender on the packet.

Cancellation of your order is possible if printing hasn’t already commenced.

Depending on the status of your order we will only charge you for the work and services  already performed.
