Our strength lies in responding to individual requests. We will happily provide quotes for such orders - simply contact us.

Do you offer additional products and processes than those found on the website?
Yes of course!
Due to the sheer range of products and services we offer our customers, we are only able to list a limited picture of our full range. Please do not hesitate to contact our team, who will be happy to discuss your individual needs and generate a quote for you.
 
Can you send a proof for print approval?
If requested we can send a hard copy proof (PDF-proof by email is possible). If the proof is satisfactory to you and you provide us with an approval we will start to print.
Please Note: This is not a colour consistent proof. The print-out will not have any further processing provided (cutting, folding, binding etc.)

How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery to all customers on the Isle of Sheppey.
For customers throughout the rest of Kent we use a next day courier service charged at £4.00 + Vat per package.
For customers outside of Kent please contact us for delivery charges.
 
How will my order be delivered and how long will it take to arrive?
Once production of your order is complete your products will immediately be despatched by Fastway or similar courier.
Delivery time is usually nextday.

Do you offer an anonymous delivery service?
Of course! For no extra charge we provide the option of sending your order anonymously, without specifying the sender or logo, to an alternative delivery address. To take advantage of this service please request the "anonymous delivery" option when placing your order. The delivery is made with anonymous delivery note (without specifying the sender or logo etc.) and without declaring the sender on the packet.

Cancellation?
Cancellation of your order is possible until the despatch of your product.
Depending on the status of your order we will only charge you a handling fee for the already performed services. 

How do I make a complaint?
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Therefore we are keen to deal with your complaint and resolve any problems as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event of a complaint? Please contact us immediately so we can put it right.
