Due to the sheer range of products and services we offer our customers, Jenwoods presents a limited picture of our full range.
Please do not hesitate to contact our team, who will be happy to discuss your individual needs and generate a quote for you.
Can you send a proof for print approval?
If requested we can send a hard copy proof (PDF-proof by email is as well possible).
If the proof is satisfactory to you and you provide us with an approval we will start to print.
Please Note: This is not a colour consistent proof. The print-out will not have any further processing provided (cutting, folding, binding etc.)
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE deliery to all customers in the ME12 Postcode area.
For cutomers throughout the rest of Kent we use a next day courier service charged at £4.00 +Vat per package.
For cutomers outside of Kent please contact us for delivery prices.
How will my order be delivered and how long will it take to arrive?
Once production of your order is complete your products will immediately be despatched by Fastway or similarly efficient courier.
Delivery time is usually nextday.
Do you offer an anonymous delivery service?
Yes of course!
Of course! For no extra charge we provide the option of sending your order anonymously, without specifying the sender or logo, to an alternative delivery address. To take advantage of this service please request the "anonymous delivery" option when placing your order. The delivery is made with anonymous delivery note (without specifying the sender or logo etc.) and without declaring the sender on the packet.
Cancellation?
Cancellation of your order is possible until the dispatch of your product.
Depending on the status of your order we will charge you only a handling fee or the already performed services.
Please note: Binding cancellations can only be made by phone. Cancellations by e-mail, or fax are not possible.
How do I make a complaint?
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Therefore we are keen to deal with your complaint and resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Should the occasion arise that the delivered goods have defects, please send two samples of the order along with a note describing the problem to the following address:
